22-23 October in Berlin
The annual meeting was hosted by three Berlin institutions, the Research Centre for the Cultural History of Sexuality, FFBIZ – the Feminist Archive, and the Schwules Museum at Village in Berlin-Schöneberg.
The main topic was ‘Access and Use: How our archives and collections are used.’ Over the two days, in four sessions, the participants discussed which holdings in the institutions are particularly in demand, which gaps can be found in the holdings, which projects are being realised with which records, and how research is conducted by users. The supporting programme for the annual meeting included an event at the Schwules Museum on Friday evening on the topic of ‘Archiving AIDS History’
